I will like to divide e-commerce into two.
#1. Physical Products.
#2. Non-Physical Products.
Physical products are things like fashion products and accessories, electronics, healthcare products, beauty and skincare products, books and stationeries/office supplies, home 🏡 supplies or equipment etc
Non-Physical products may include things like E-books, software products like apps/website design/digital marketing/skills /photography. blog 🖼 articles, YouTube videos/membership sites, online teaching ( paid), paid online forums. Majorly things you need your brain 🧠 to do. Creativity generally.
You can do all of the above mentioned things through several ways like
👉🏽 Having your own products and selling them by yourself.
👉🏽having your own products and another person selling for you.
👉🏽selling for another person through “dropshipping”, “affiliate marketing”.
👉🏽Being a freelance or ghost writer ie writing ✍️ article/book and selling to others as private label.

Write down every product in your mind you feel you can sell. Now is time to browse the internet. Check for products that are trending but one problem with trending products is that the big and small stores are probably selling it. You can find trending products on

• Ausvan Mart Trending
• Konga etc
On social media platforms like
• Pinterest etc
You can also pay close attention to products trending offline for instance in Churches ⛪️ , parties 🎊, Universities etc.
Now selling a product that is trending is usually not easy because there is already a price tag on it and there might be so many other sellers who have the capacity to buy in bulk and are also willing to sell at the lowest price possible. If you decide to compete with them, just know that the profit margin might not be as good.
However you can still sell those trending products and still make high profits but this depends on how smart you are and also how good you can be with marketing strategies.
