We recommend that you have a friend measure you as this will give you a much more accurate measurement. Holding the tape measure level with the floor, take the measurements at the fullest part of your bust and hips, and the smallest part of your waist (this is typically about 2 inches above your belly button).

Sometimes you might find that your measurements just do not match up with the size chart. If they are just off by a bit or if you are between sizes we recommend that you go up a size, and then get it taken in where needed at your tailor. It is much easier to get a dress taken in than taken out! If the measurements are off by a lot, that is a sign that this dress will probably not fit you well in any size, and you may want to consider a different dress.

While we do our best to keep our inventory information accurate, there are occasional cases where we will be unable to ship you the products you ordered. We will let you know within one day, and we are happy to help you find another product that we will be able to get for you.

If you contact us after placing your order we will do our best to make the changes you request, but we cannot guarantee any changes. We also cannot cancel any orders after they are placed so please be sure before you submit the order that you are ready to proceed with it as it is placed!

We are happy to be able to offer FREE delivery on all orders above 20,000 NGN. Free delivery within Nigeria and usually arrives within 1 to 14 business days because of processing.

If you would like to expedite your delivery, we can offer you 1 or 2 day delivery which will cost 1,000 NGN within Lagos and 2,000 NGN outside Lagos

Careful! If you select 1 day delivery, that does not mean you are guaranteed to get your products the day after you place your order! Rushing your delivery does not rush the processing time. Yes! You can return your products within 3 days of delivery, and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the item. You are responsible for return delivery costs.

You can only return dresses bags and shoes. Any special order item, and any sale item is also final sale and not returnable.
