Shipping and Return Policy
You may return your products to us within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will issue you a refund for the cost of the item, or an exchange for another item. We are only able to accept returns on Dresses and Shoes, and the item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. Jewelry, Handbags, Undergarments, Swimwear, Accessories and Sunglasses are not eligible for return. In addition, Special Order items, Sale items, and items purchased in our Showroom are not eligible for return.
To return an item please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA number), and write that number on the outside of the package.
If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item.
If you refuse a package from Ausvan Mart we will treat it as a return and issue you a refund for the cost of the item.
Items Returned Without an RMA
If you return an item to Ausvan Mart without first being issued an RMA#, your purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of refund for the cost of the item.
Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₦20,000 outside or within Lagos state. While shipping method is at our discretion. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 1 to 14 days. This is because of processing orders.
In some cases express shipping is available.

We will also ship your order internationally, and international shipping is FREE for orders ₦100,000 and up. For orders under ₦100,000, international shipping costs will depend on your location. Please note that while shipping is free, you are responsible for duty and tax costs imposed by the destination country’s authorities. Those fees are not associated with Ausvan Mart, they are collected and kept by the destination country’s authorities.
The courier used for free shipping will be at our discretion. However, if you have a preference of couriers, just let us know but it will be added to your bill. We are unable to use customer’s personal courier accounts to cover shipping costs.
